How to Share a Complaint with Freshdirrect Walk-In Tubs

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches Freshdirrect Walk-In Tubs to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Up

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Freshdirrect Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Freshdirrect Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Send Us the Details

Email contact@freshdirrect.help and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we learned and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
