Freshdirrect Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. This page is for contractors who want those homeowner calls.

Who We Work With

We look for independent businesses that serve homeowners in and around the Portage area. Typical services include:

• Walk-in tub installation
• Walk-in shower and accessible shower work
• Tub-to-shower conversions
• Tub replacement and related bath updates

If you work on older frame houses, bungalows or ranch homes, that is a plus. Many local homes have special layouts.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us with questions. We ask providers to treat them well.

• Explain options in plain words
• Give clear written quotes
• Respond to homeowners in a timely way
• Avoid pressure and big promises
• Be honest about what you can and cannot do

You are responsible for your own work, pricing and warranties.
